Sanem Printing offers 3:1 pitch double parallel wire loops both in spools and in pre-cut sizes.There are 3 loops per each inch (2.54 cm) at the 3:1 pitch system. The 3:1 pitch system is eminently suitable for producing brochures, calendars, etc. The number of loops, binding thickness and binding diameters are as shown in the list below. The 2:1 pitch system is 25-29% more profitable than 3:1 pitch system. You can bind more with a smaller number of loops in the 2:1 pitch system and hence lower the cost of your products. In 2:1 pitch system, the number of loops can be decreased without compromising the look and the quality of the binding.
